FAQ’s - Big Twin Lake Resort
GENERAL INFORMAtION:
Q: When is the resort open for the season?
A: We are typically open from mid April (the Wednesday before the 1st day of Fishing) until mid October, depending on weather conditions. If it snows early, we typically close early.
Q: What time is check-in and Check-out?
A: Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 12:00 pm. Please check with Office if you require a late check-out, depending on if another camper has reserved your site, there is a chance that we can accommodate that.
Q: Do you allow day-use Visitors?
A: YES! Day-use fee is $10.00 per person. ALL Guests of current Campers MUST stop by the office to check-in. All Guest MUST vacate the resort by quiet time at 10:00 pm.
Q: are pets allowed at the resort?
A: YES. All pets, including Service Animals and ESA’s are welcome to Big Twin Lake Resort. Dogs MUST be on a leash within the resort. ALL animals MUST be cleaned up after.
Reservations:
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can book online through our website by clicking the “BOOK NOW” or “RESERVE” buttons, which will direct you to our reservation site. You may also contact our office directly by phone or email.
Q: is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a deposit in the price of the 1st night without tax is required to hold your reservation. At check in, it is required to pay the remaining balance of the stay plus tax.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance receive full 100% refund. Cancellations made 7 to13 days in advance receive 50% Refund. Lastly Cancellations made 0 to 6 days in advance forfeit any refund.
