This property is privately owned. Big Twin Lake Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of money or valuables of any kind. We welcome you, your family, and your pets to our resort. Please remember that you are responsible and accountable for them and their actions at all times. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted and communicated by Big Twin Lake Resort staff.

Reservation & Payment Policy

• Remaining balance is due at check-in.

• All rates are based on 2 people and 1 vehicle per campsite.

• No extra charge for children under 18 years of age when accompanied by an adult (18+).

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 2:00 PM

• Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Quiet Hours

• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.

• No loud music or use of generators after 10:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 days or more before arrival: 100% refund

• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund

• 0–6 days before arrival: No refund
